Child Safety Standards

This Child Safety Standards policy applies to the Asyra mobile application published on Google Play by Asyra.

Asyra is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Asyra strictly prohibits any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading, sharing, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Soliciting sexual content involving minors
  • Grooming, exploitation, or inappropriate communication involving minors
  • Any activity that violates applicable child protection laws

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.

2. Age Restrictions

Asyra is strictly intended for individuals over 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts. If we become aware that a minor is using the platform, we will promptly remove the account and take appropriate action.

3. Reporting Mechanism

Asyra provides in-app reporting tools that allow users to report:

  • Suspicious behavior
  • Inappropriate content
  • Accounts that may involve minors

All reports are reviewed promptly and investigated. Users found violating our Child Safety Standards will be permanently removed from the platform.

4. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We actively monitor and review reported content. If CSAM or CSEA-related content is identified:

  • The content will be removed immediately
  • The associated account will be permanently banned
  • The incident may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities as required by applicable laws
